The Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) promotes policies that will improve the economic and social well-being of people around the world. Additionally, the OECD publishes country level economic surveys. The IRIS Catalog of Metrics leverages OECD definitions for several terms related to economic performance and builds those into metrics and calculations where relevant.
