A selection of land conservation metrics developed through a working group chaired by the IRIS Initiative, Packard Foundation, and Manta Consulting, and comprising land conservation practitioners, investment managers, impact investors, and field experts.
The GIIN together with the David & Lucile Packard Foundation and Manta Consulting co-convened a working group with land conservation practitioners, land conservation investment managers, impact investors, and field experts that identified and defined a selection of individual IRIS metrics relevant to land conservation investors.
On behalf of the working group members, Manta Consulting authored a paper that provides background and guidance on the use of the metrics and that is intended for investors who are seeking to achieve conservation impacts with their land investments.
