Impact Employment focused metrics developed through a working group of Impact Sourcing Service Providers (ISSPs), large corporates, and others with experience hiring with good impact employment practices in place.
The working group leveraged individual IRIS metrics and developed a subset of metrics focused on the following areas of performance:
- Targeted Groups and Hiring Practices
- Employment Practices
- Remuneration and Benefits
- Training and Development
- Family & Community Development
