The U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) manages LEED. LEED is a green building rating system based on prerequisites and credits that a project meets to achieve a certification level: Certified, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Individual IRIS metrics that can be used for real estate and infrastructure leverage measures indicated in the LEED rating system.
