Usage Guidance

This metric is intended to capture the ways in which the organization engages target stakeholders in the design, development, and delivery of product and service offerings.
Target stakeholder (or client) engagement strategies involve intentional approaches to align the design and provision of products and services with the priorities of target stakeholders. A target stakeholder can be a client, employee, or anyone the organization is aiming to positively impact. Some organizations call a target stakeholder a ‘beneficiary.’ Organizations aiming to engage communities may consider using Community Engagement Strategy (OI2319).
