IRIS metrics are designed to measure the social, environmental and financial performance of an investment.

To use IRIS metrics—and the resulting data—as part of the investment management process, IRIS metrics should be used and analyzed in generally accepted sets and according to well-defined objectives.     Indicates whether the organization has a written policy for client protection and a system to monitor compliance with this policy.

  • Client Retention Rate (PI9319)

    Ratio of the number of the organization's active clients retained from as of the end of the reporting period compared to the number of active clients with which the organization began the reporting period.

  • Client Savings Premium (PI1748)

    Percentage price savings the client obtains by purchasing a product or service from the organization and the average price that they would otherwise pay for a similar product or service in the local market.
